Emerald Pines is a BRAND NEW home in Pine Lake! This custom 2-story home is breathtaking and will be the perfect getaway for your next vacation. As you enter the home, you are immediately immersed into the exquisitely large open family room, with vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling stone see-through fireplace, and breathtaking views of the pines from the large windows. The seamless living, dining, and kitchen areas make it easy to come and go as you please while you catch up with each and every member of your group. Please note that Emerald Pines is NOT a pet friendly home. 

This gorgeous home is 3,200 square feet, sleeps 12, and boasts 3 king master suites with private ensuite bathrooms, a bunk room with 2 fulls and 2 twins with adjoining loft, and private bath. The upstairs gameroom is the perfect location to entertain and congregate while enjoying shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball table, video game arcade table with hundreds of games, and a built-in wet bar. Try out the karaoke machine and enjoy a large variety of games. The fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, with gas stove top, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher is complimented by custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and expansive island seating, providing everything you need for a home away from home.

Enjoy the outdoor seating under the expansive covered deck or out in the open next to the fire pit with nothing but trees surrounding you. The huge wrap around covered deck provides quiet and cozy seating with cocoon swings to relax and admire the beauty of the great outdoors or gaze into the see through fireplace. The hot tub and grill are ready to fire up when you are! Grill out and take in the fresh air while you enjoy your stay at Emerald Pines.

Emerald Pines is located at Pine Lake, which is just 5 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park and only a short drive from all the great restaurants and attractions in Broken Bow and Hochatown. Our community has a picturesque, stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, a community pool and playground, a spacious Clubhouse and grounds to congregate with other guests at Pine Lake, and a family-style Grill where you can dine-in or order right to your cabin! The Grill also serves alcohol.  Our development was designed to allow each guest walking distance access to all of these great community amenities. Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined roads and walking trails, including bridges that pass over the lake, as you make your way toward the resort-style amenities that make Pine Lake the premier vacation destination in Broken Bow.
